Noro: Silk Garden Sock

Silk Garden Sock is a lighter version of an all time Noro classic, Silk Garden. A soft blend of wool, silk and mohair with a bit of nylon thrown in for stability, Silk Garden Sock comes in variegated color lines that work up with stripes and near-solid colors. It has a single-ply construction that has the look of a hand-spun yarn with an organic raw silk feel. Silk Garden Sock comes in big 100 gram skeins with 325 yards of yarn, which is sufficient for a pair of socks for average size feet but we use this yarn mostly for light garments, lacy projects and beautiful accessories such as shawls, stoles and hats just to name a few.
